Steve Duniec, President
Payment Advisors is led by Steve Duniec, a 25 year veteran of the payments industry. Steve started the first 5 years of his career building a large clientele. The majority of his business came out of referrals from satisfied merchants. In 1996 he took a position with then privately held, CardService International to be able to help their agents provide a better experience for their merchants. CSI was eventually purchased by First Data Corporation. At FDC, Steve moved through the ranks to manage all of agent sales for the East Coast, Canada and Puerto Rico. He held that position since 2001. In 2013, he decided to move away from heavy travel and corporate life to get back to helping merchants with their payment needs. With the knowledge, expertise and contacts he gained in his 25 years in the industry, he is well positioned to assist merchants and sales partners to reach their goals.

Steve heard this early in his career. He has lived by the mantra ever since and it has always served him well. He has been busy positioning Payment Advisors not to push any one product or company for mere profit, but do business the way he always has....by doing the right thing for his customers and partners.
Marci Duniec is the Director of Operations for Payment Advisors. While she has been in the payments industry for only a few years, she is on her way to becoming an expert in high risk with both her experience in the focus Payment Advisors has in this category, as well as the leadership of her boss, mentor, and father: Payment Advisor’s President, Steve Duniec. Her previous experience focused on providing quality service and hospitality while employed by Marriott International in Operations Management. The importance of carrying the ideals of these areas forward has not been lost on Marci. She is dedicated to providing the best service to partners and merchants. High Risk approval is a difficult process and Marci is sure to keep you on track with the paperwork, requests, and documentation processors require—and all with a smile!
